John Mayer never ceases to amaze me
The Wharf had an incredible atmosphere. Stellar music on a beautiful night... more could not be asked for. Comparing another opening act to Maroon 5 is difficult as the last time I saw New Constellations was with them. All of Owl City's songs sound very similar to me, but they were great if you are a fan of their music. They were interesting to watch, even though I personally didn't think it was a good introduction to New Constellations. The break between them and New Constellations was very long, but it was worth the wait once he came on. Wearing a cut-off white shirt, black exercise pants, and white tennis shoes, he still managed to captivate me. He did a good assortment of his music over the years, although I wanted him to play more songs from Battle Studies. His musical talent is unbelievable, so no guy should ever complain about going to his concert. His music, powerful as it is, speaks to you. I suggest anyone to go see this show. Another great thing is the ticketless system. Just swipe your card and you're in, no need to keep up with tickets or information.
